G. Late Arrivals

We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel appointments at any time due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflict, technical problems, or other circumstances. If a paid appointment is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled, any prepaid amount for that appointment will be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Appointments, lessons, consultations, or services are provided in good faith, but specific outcomes, results, business success, creative success, musical improvement, or other results are not guaranteed.
